In collaboration with KED, this custom hybrid wedding, brought to life by Hensley Event Resources, was nothing short of breathtaking. The centerpiece was a signature atrium, enhanced with a unique grid metal pattern and autumn accent details. Every element was carefully considered, seamlessly blending the natural surroundings with the event’s structure to create an immersive and elevated experience.
Set in a challenging location with almost a 4-foot elevation difference, our team faced the task of leveling the ground and securely building a stable floor before any construction could begin. Once the foundation was set, we expertly incorporated the atrium and additional pavilion structures, creating a design that not only fit the space but elevated the entire setting.
One of the most notable challenges was working in and around the trees, limbs, and manicured landscaping without disrupting the natural environment. Our skilled team collaborated with KED, blending the atrium with other pavilion structures to craft a seamless, stunning hybrid design that felt cohesive and perfectly tailored to the space.
Guests from the resort marveled at the result, offering compliments on the build, calling it, “straight out of a dream or movie.” The true highlight, however, came when the client saw the setup in progress—capturing the magic of their wedding day within this awe-inspiring space.
Every vendor worked together harmoniously, contributing to a gorgeous event that celebrated the love and joy of a beautiful couple.
