When Industry Icons Gather, Expect Magic

At the Rosewood Miramar Beach, where the ocean whispers elegance and every sunset feels like a curated backdrop, something extraordinary happened. The third and final night of an exclusive FAM experience brought together the country’s top planners for a night that would raise the bar—not just for industry dinners, but for the future of luxury event production.

This wasn’t simply a dinner. It was an immersive dinner concert. A design-driven performance. A sensory masterclass. And at the heart of it all? The unshakable vision, precision, and architectural ingenuity of Hensley Event Resources.

Designing an Experience, Not Just a Dinner

The aesthetic direction, led by the wildly imaginative Siloh Floral, was described as modern-organic meets surreal luxury. Think soft greens, sculptural forms, and layered botanicals. But what elevated this creative concept from mood board to masterpiece was the physical framework provided by Hensley’s luxury event rentals and custom fabrication.

From curved banquettes to signature architectural structures, Hensley brought the design to life, transforming the Rosewood’s outdoor garden into a spatial poem. The environment was not only beautiful, it was engineered for intimacy, emotion, and interaction. In the world of event design, this wasn’t decor. This was storytelling through structure.

Luxury Event Rentals That Shaped the Experience

The Debut of the Vista Arch Collection

The soirée marked the very first public debut of Hensley’s Vista Arch Collection, a sculptural system of curved structures engineered to create both architectural presence and intimate dining environments.

Highlights included:

  • Vista Arch Backbar – A sweeping monolithic form that framed the bar with artful symmetry and a patterned interior surface.

  • Vista Arch Banquette – A curved, custom-built seating installation that created semi-private dining nooks beneath each arch.

These pieces immediately became the visual language of the event—recognizable, modern, and impossible to replicate without high-level fabrication.

The Vista Arch Collection didn’t simply decorate the space. It defined the space.

Custom Fabrication that Transformed the Garden

Beyond the arches, Hensley designed and built multiple architectural elements that elevated the dinner from a gathering to a full immersive environment:

Elevated Dining Platforms

A custom Chevron-patterned platform layout—installed across the entire garden—created a unified stage for dining, ensuring every guest felt part of a curated experience.

Integrated Color-Matched Bases & Lounges

Soft green bases wrapped the arches and built-in banquette forms, blending seamlessly into the Rosewood landscape.

Sconce-Ready Backbars

Custom backbars with embedded shelving and pattern-wrapped facades became focal points that tied the entire space together.

This level of bespoke construction is where Hensley excels: turning a blank lawn into a fully architectural dining world.

Furnishings that Elevated the Atmosphere

Hensley’s curated rental inventory added depth, texture, and versatility to the design.

Alexandria Curved Banquettes

Soft, residential silhouettes created luxurious seating moments and complemented the Vista Arches’ geometry.

Milan Black Chair & Lounges

A combination of Blueprint Studios’ designer furnishings—sleek, modern, and hospitality-forward—brought style and comfort to every table.

Custom Velvet Linens

Tailored in deep olive tones, the linens softened the architectural lines and made each tablescape glow beneath candlelight.

Together, these selections produced a layered, intentional look that elevated the space into something editorial yet inviting.

The Chevron Dance Floor: Movement, Light & Texture

At the heart of the layout sat one of the evening’s most celebrated elements: Hensley’s Chevron Dance Floor.

Its pale, directional wood pattern interacted beautifully with:

  • twilight shadows

  • candlelight

  • the curves of the arches

  • and the surrounding florals

The floor acted as both a stage and a unifying texture, subtle yet powerful.

A Dinner Set to Music: The Concert Experience

This wasn’t a standard dinner. It was a dinner concert, featuring powerful performances from:

  • SoundHouse

  • Project M

  • Melanie & Tony

  • curated by Elan Artists

The sound washed through the arches, reflecting off the custom-built structures and creating a concert effect that felt intimate and cinematic.

Guests described it as “transportive,” “dreamlike,” and “unlike any industry dinner they had attended.”

Tablescapes Rooted in Organic Elegance

Siloh Floral crafted breathtaking compositions of:

  • ferns

  • garden blooms

  • layered greenery

  • sculptural stems

This organic palette paired beautifully with:

  • Casa de Perrin tabletop

  • Hensley’s custom linens

  • the black woven chairs

  • and the soft glow of candlelight

The tables were not simply decorated, they felt alive.

A Night That Redefined What a FAM Experience Can Be

This event demonstrated the future of industry FAMs: not presentations—experiences.

And while every vendor played a crucial role, Hensley’s contribution was foundational:

  • Signature Structures

  • Custom Fabrication

  • Architectural Installations

  • Furniture & Lounges

  • Dance Floor

  • On-site engineering & production

Hensley didn’t just support the event, they built the environment that made the design possible.
