About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our growing team.
What we are looking for:
An ambitious and persistent self-starter who understands and seeks to stay abreast of the trends within the Event Rental Industry. Must haves are high-energy, in-depth product knowledge, event industry sales experience, and a proven track record of quick turnaround, ability to close deals, and results driven.
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for extensive direct customer contact to conduct sales and service activities including developing strong customer relationships; introducing new products and services; up-selling to full product portfolio; generating new leads through target account selling; outbound prospecting; and meeting sales goals that grow revenue.
Prepare quotations and proposals, follow up and negotiate terms, and close transactions
Provide support to our growing Event Consultant team
Handle inbound leads and follow-up with existing clients
Organize client product viewing sessions via showroom
Effectively update clients to new products and services
Survey the market and competitive conditions, adjust selling technique to defend accounts
Ability to assist with data entry in our CRM
Contribute information and ideas to management and assists others in the company to enhance and improve sales results
Skills and Experience:
Minimum 4 years sales experience
Strong organizational and time management abilities
The ability to work individually to meet goals and collaborate within a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Experience in the event industry is a plus
