About the Role

Essential Responsibilities:
- Daily posting of invoices to QuickBooks
- Applying prepayments to posted invoices in QuickBooks
- Client communication of Invoices to be submitted for payment
- Daily review of receivables list
o Collections calls as needed for clients beyond predetermined payment terms
- Partner with Sales team as needed for client account assessment
- Manage client grievance effectively when applicable
- Provide high level support and backup to General Manager, Office Manager, and CFO


Minimum Qualifications / Experience:

  • -  BS/BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or closely related major is preferred

  • -  Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

  • -  Excellent customer service and communication skills required

  • -  Minimum of one year AR-related experienceo Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and QuickBooks
