In your role as a Sales Manager - Events, you will find the most effective way to grow the company through direct client engagement, leveraging our full suite of products and services.

What we're looking for:

Hensley Event Resources is looking for an ambitious and persistent self-starter who understands and seeks to stay abreast of the trends within the Event Rental Industry. Must haves are High-energy, in-depth product knowledge, event industry sales experience, and a proven track record of quick turnaround, ability to close deals, and results driven.

The Events Sales manager will be responsible for extensive direct customer contact to conduct sales and service activities including developing strong customer relationships; introducing new products and services; up-selling to full product portfolio; generating new leads through target account selling; outbound prospecting; and meeting sales goals that grow revenue. You must demonstrate thorough knowledge of Hensley Event Resources’ client driven solutions and values, remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on product, industry changes, and the competitive landscape.

  • Prepares quotations and proposals, follow up and negotiates terms, closes transactions
  • Converts  prospective accounts to active accounts through direct and indirect contact
  • Organizes client product viewing sessions via showroom
  • Effectively updates clients to new products and services
  • Surveys the market and competitive conditions, adjust selling technique to defend accounts
  • Possesses a proven record of reaching sales targets 
  • Contributes information and ideas to management and assists others in the company to enhance and improve sales results

Skills and experience:

  • Minimum 4 Years Sales Experience
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • The ability to work individually to meet goals and collaborate within a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience in the event industry

In your role as an Inside Sales Associate you will find the most effective way to grow the company through outbound lead generation efforts.

What we're looking for:

Hensley Event Resources is looking for an ambitious and persistent self-starter who understands and seeks to stay abreast of the trends within the Event Rental Industry. Must haves are High-energy, in-depth product knowledge, a positive phone presence and a proven track record of quick turnaround delivering results.

The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for generating new leads through target account selling, outbound prospecting and calling on inbound leads. You must demonstrate thorough knowledge of Hensley Event Resources’ client driven solutions and values , remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on product, industry changes, and the competitive landscape.

  • Sources new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up 
  • Completes outbound cold calls and emails
  • Fully understands client needs and requirements
  • Routes qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representatives for development & closure
  • Closes sales and achieves quarterly quotas
  • Researches accounts, identifies key players and generates interest 
  • Maintains and expands a database of prospects and established clients
  • Teams with channel partners or sale to build sales pipeline and closes deals
  • Track deal pipeline, assist with providing periodic updates and sales forecasts
  • Possesses an unrelenting desire to succeed
